The Media Module stores all your website media for easy access, organization, and management.
The Media module is used by other modules within the dashboard, for example, the Event Calendar, Photo Gallery, and Social module.
The media module keeps your precious images organized by notifying if they are used (linked) to and event, or photo gallery.
To help with your SEO you'll also be notified if the image does have the ever-important alt tags or captions set correctly. You no longer have to check each module and each image to make sure the SEO settings are optimal across multiple modules, it's all available at a glance in the media module.
