The Event Calendar Module is intended for use by businesses that have events displayed on their website.
If you have events displayed on the website clicking the Event Calendar module will allow you to manage the event calendar. You can:
- add new events,
- edit events
- setup recurring events
- delete events
- unpublish events
Events will automatically expire after the last event date and will no longer be displayed on the website after the event date has passed. This saves time managing the events and removing old events.
Once the data has passed and the event has expired a red "Expired" tag is displayed on the event list for that event. If the event comes up again in the future you can simply update the date and the event will automatically be displayed on the website.
